Biography

Chenzhi Lai, MD. Graduated from Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, under the supervision of Professor Xiaolei Jin, and has a thorough understanding of advanced plastic surgery techniques and concepts at home and abroad. Since graduation, he has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery and is proficient in all basic operative techniques in plastic surgery. He has a profound understanding of the etiology, pathology, diagnosis, and treatment of craniosynostosis (both syndromic and nonsyndromic). He has published multiple papers in plastic surgery journals and has twice been invited to give conference presentations in France and Japan. He is familiar with craniomaxillofacial surgery, oculoplastic and aesthetic surgery, body contouring, and other reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery procedures.
